I'm very grateful for Kings Transportation the company is very reliable , respectful, professional and always on time !!!! Every ride I have taken is safe and comfortable and very clean !!! They've been my go-to medicab service since I first signed up for Medicaid a few years ago. The dispatchers know their business juggling multiple patients and multiple destinations, the drivers are always reliable, considerate and friendly, and the cabs always clean and comfortable (this is really an issue with other companies?). I've never hesitated to recommend them to folks unhappy with their current transportation provider, and have even asked the scheduling company to switch me back to Kings when their automated system assigned my appointment to a different company. Good people.
