Driver Terrell, VERY RESPECTFUL AND ACCOMMODATING DRIVER . He's the ONLY driver that has ever pulled out the little built in Foot STOOL under the seat so I can push myself back with my weak legs and by the Foot Stool being there I was able to keep my feet and legs up not to dangle and be numb when it was time to get off. Terrell knew about the dangling legs but now he knows how grateful I was that my legs didn't have to wait to get the numbness out and regain the mobility going as I get off. Lord knows I appreciate drivers like Terrell. Thank you BroHawk Medical Transportation for sending this young man to transport me to the Cancer Institute on Friday, August 1, 2025 to my appointment.

On time, waited for me throughout the duration of the Orthopedic appointment and very polite and professional. Will use again and recommend to others who have mobility needs due to recent injury and are trying to navigate the logistics of getting in and out of their home due to stairs, etc. and need help making it to medical appointments.
