My father really wanted to die in a home setting, he was in NYC I live in north carolina. I was looking for transports I originally was really nervous because some of the reviews. However I want to make it clear, they do have strict contracts in regards to payments. This is pretty standard for this industry, every transport company is similar in this way. when you book something they line up a crew this crew is expecting to make money from the trip. My experience was great they cordinated with the hospital, they scheduled pickup within a 24 hour time window which was important because my father has days to weeks to live. They also coordinated discharge time. The hospital even ran 1.5 hours late on discharge and they waited. I was worried they would cancel but they did not. They stopped for special requests, the staff was polite and checked on my father often as well. My brother rode along and said it was a smooth trip and he even was able to catch a nap himself as they had an extra bed on the van for him. Thank you guys for helping my father fulfill his wish of dying home with family.

We hired ACC Medlink for a transport for my mom from Buffalo hospital to New Jersey Rehab center on 08/14/24. it was a bed to bed transport. I am glad we hired them. Eric and both the drivers were awesome. They came on time ( 10 mins over but I understand it happens with traffic ). They took good care of us. They were courteous and helpful. The ride was little bumpy at times due to road conditions but mostly it was comfortable. They even took care of our food and offered to stop at any time we wanted to. My Mom was comfortable throughout the 7 hours journey. Its a little on the expensive side but the service was awesome. I highly recommend there service. They were God Send for us. I am reading lot of negative reviews and I hope Medlink attends to them and resolves them appropriately. As the last thing already distressed family wants is to loose money and suffer in addition to their family member being in pain and sick to be left hanging.
