I've been meaning to write this review since February, if that tells you anything about service that left an impression. I'm sure most would agree that good customer service is few and far between now days, which is why it stands out when you receive it. A-1 is no exception to this. I contacted A-1 Medical Transport in mid February to transport my mother from our home to an assisted living facility, and it was a bit last minute (day before move-in). Anthony advised me that they had a very loaded schedule and that he would have call back me back. Sure enough, they found (made?) space in their schedule to transport my mother. Anthony arrived the next day 15 minutes early, assisted my mom into the van, and off we went. The transport went smoothly and mom arrived at the facility safely. Thank you A-1 Medical Transport for finding space in your schedule, the safe transport, and the great customer service.

Fabulous experience transporting my mom home from the hospital in a wheelchair after a broken hip! Julian showed such care and concern and went out of his way to ensure her comfort. She was exceedingly anxious about being transported home, and she was so relieved and happy with how it went. We cannot thank you enough!
