The name of this company truly reflects the quality of their employees. They are very kind, patient and compassionate to my Mom who has dementia and really needs someone to be with her throughout the day to give her additional assistance even though she is at an assisted living facility. Since I hired Kind Hearted Companions, my Mom's mental state has actually improved. She no longer self-isolates in her room and participates in more activities. Nicole and her staff have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Kind Hearted has been a wonderful asset to my mothers well being for 3+ years. They are caring, honest and responsible. I am always confident that my mother is in excellent hands. Initially, when it was clear to me that my mom needed additional assistance I was naturally hesitant to leave her with aides I didn't know.
