Route Genie has been great trip software for our business and makes everything much easier for the drivers as well as routers. It integrates directly with the brokers that require it and fulfill our obligations to connect to them digitally. Also has great tech support team that is always willing and able to lend a hand to quickly resolve any issues that may arise. I would like to specifically mention Michael K. for always providing top notch tech support when we are lucky enough to have him working on an issue for us. We have been using this software for going on 3 years and are very satisfied customers.

Route Geanie has been a total game changer for our NEMT business. It takes the stress out of route planning and scheduling, which used to be one of our biggest challenges. The software is incredibly intuitive, and the route optimization features have helped us improve on-time performance and reduce fuel costs significantly. What really stands out is how well Route Geanie understands the needs of the NEMT industry. It handles recurring trips, last-minute changes, and patient-specific requirements with ease. Our dispatchers and drivers find it easy to use, and it's made our operations much more efficient and professional. Since switching to Route Geanie, we've seen smoother day-to-day operations, better client satisfaction, and a noticeable increase in productivity. Highly recommend it to any NEMT provider looking to streamline their workflow and deliver more reliable service.
