I recently switched over to Cathay Express and I was very surprised by their professionalism. Not only did they arrive exactly on time, but the communication was just excellent. I knew exactly what vehicle to look for, how much longer it would take for the vehicle to arrive and where the vehicle was at the moment. The previous company I was with had issues with tardiness and lack of communications. Sometimes, they wouldn't even pick up my calls. I am very glad I was able to find Cathay Express.
