Today was a very stressful day for my disabled daughter. She has cerebral palsy and autism and was very stressed from an ankle injury. She needed transport home from Emergency and into her home because there was no way I could get her into her home unassisted. ORLANDO was the transport person and he was VERY compassionate, caring and understanding! I was so impressed with him and so relieved to have someone to help us.
