I wish every business that I ever have to deal with are as kind, accommodating, thorough, quick response - no matter day or night, helpful and patient, as AirCare1. While I hope no one has to use this service, if you do, I strongly recommend them. The pilots, nurse and paramedic treated my dad, Mom and their dog like royalty. I can't say enough good things about Aircare1. They are absolutely the most professional and helpful company that I have ever dealt with. They flew my wife and her 96 year old father from San Antonio to Dallas and it went without a hitch. When they say bedside to bedside, they mean it! The paramedic and flight nurse came with the ground ambulance to pick them up and to get my father-in-law settled at the destination. If you need an air medical company, look no further. I used Aircare1 about 9 months ago for an international flight and they were extremely helpful. I was needing to get my father transported from Mexico back to Texas and they made it super easy to get that done. They were very sweet and extremely sincere, the whole experience was smooth. Since my father was induced in a coma and had no way of communicating to me or my family, the staff was giving us constant updates and helped us feel at ease.
