PRN today transported me from my Rehab facility to a doctors appointment. It was a wheelchair transport I have a broken femur . It was one girl, Rachel, working alone. She arrived on time and helped me with my coat and into the wheelchair. She was very professional and very pleasant. She really cheered me up and took the anxiety out of the whole event.
