The night before my surgery, after Upscales office had closed, the hospital called and changed my arrival time from 3pm to 6 30 am. Upscale made the adjustment and got me there on time. Then the hospital had to keep me overnight and Upscale was booked the next day. Still, when I was discharged they came right down and brought me home. Great customer service. Dependable company. I highly recommend Upscale Medical Transportation.
