I've had nothing but excellent experiences with BestCare. Scott and his wife are salt of the earth people who care about the patients and staff. The gentleman that took care of me in the ambulance were very kind and got me there safe and sound. But now having to deal with there office and billing person is very painful! The women is very rude to me and to my insurance company. My insurance company personally called me to tell me how rude she was to them! They need better customer service in the office.
