Regina was awesome! My car managed to lock it's doors with my purse, jacket and keys inside! I was stranded until security called Port City Taxi. Regina arrived and had the door unlocked in less than a minute. She was professional, courteous and friendly, and she saved me from being stranded all night at Walmart!

Dispatcher- Danny the dispatcher is absolutely amazing! She is on top of her game, as sweet as can be, and a wonderful dispatcher. She makes sure everything is organized and ready to go for the day without any hiccups. I think she is phenomenal as a person and at her job. I can always count on her.
