Kelly and her son, Caleb, are amazing! They are always cheerful and accommodating, even with sometimes short notice. The "safe" part of the company name is why we totally rely on them. I have been using Safe Shuttle since June 2024. I can depend upon Kelly and Caleb to get me to my doctor appointments on time regardless of location (Duke Raleigh or Duke Main). Kelly and Caleb provide a complete door to door service. Doctor appointments are stressful. Leave the driving to Safe Shuttle. Rates are reasonable. I am dropped off at the front door. Working with Kelly has been amazing! My dad is 90 years old and needed transportation while having hip surgery and shoulder Replacement. Both times Kelly was extremely responsive and they were always on time. Short notice requests were no problem. Caleb who drove my dad is always so nice and makes the rides very enjoyable.
