I am SO grateful for Lakecia and the kindness, caring, and compassion she effortlessly exhibited when helping my mom. She was able to help my mom into a wheelchair very quickly but gently; she showed the utmost respect the whole time. Loving Arms medical transport is amazing to work with. I called the day of my mom's appointment looking for transportation. With no hesitation they confirmed my mom's pick up time and location.
