After reading the reviews, I was very concerned using their service. My father had a doctor's appointment and needed special transportation because he needed to keep one leg straight, which made transferring to a car impossible. I do agree the people who answer the phone are not the friendliest, but that didn't bother me much. I was more concerned with the driver and his traveling experience. We have used them three times. Mom's first trip with them was okay, but we had to wait approximately one and a half hours to be picked up for the trip home. Very frustrating, but this was our first trip, so we really didn't know what to expect. We have used Grove Transit again. Plenty early for the appointment and luckily maybe an 8 minute wait for trip home. We are going to use them again, but if there is another hour wait time for trip home, I will definitely try someone else. All this is n...
