After suffering a stroke they not only got me to many appointments all over town (and back home again?) on time but very kindly went out of their way to accommodate my special requests taking into account requests for specific routes and other "quirky" requests to make me feel as comfortable as possible as a life-long sufferer of severe panic disorder and anxiety when it comes to driving/riding in vehicles.
