The BEST transportation service I have encountered in my 12 years of nursing. Very dependable! Always on time, with a smile! :) This company has the right name, because they truly do care! They have gone above and beyond to help our facility, when we have had issues that shouldn't have anything to do with the transportation company. I know our residents are always in good hands, when being transported by A-1 Care. Thanks for all you do!!

Solomon is the most patient person I know. He never complained about the many changes of my mothers schedule and hectic life. I had only communicated with him through text as I didn't live with my mother. On her last day with him, when I finally got to meet him face-to-face, I wanted to hug him. At that point, he felt like family. He was never late and took very good care of my mother and for that I am very grateful.

The best customer service I've seen in a long time. I don't know if this is how they always show up, but they definitely showed out. They came prepared to meet our needs and safety transported my mom to her destination. They even waited around while they were registering her. I can't say enough about how I appreciated their caring attitude. They will always be my go-to transport company for my mom!
