This is an awesome company, who really came through for us on short notice when we needed to transport my 80yo mother to a rehabilitation hospital an hour and a half away. Our driver, Don, was amazing...he went above and beyond with his service, staying extra time to help get my mom settled into her new facility. He was so warm and friendly...you could see that he truly has a caring heart for his clients. Thank you so much again, Don! I highly recommend Equal Transportation!!!

Don made the arrangements easy. He communicated via text. We had a hiccup on the exact pick up address (across the parking lot from the clinic in the medical complex) and he was responsive when I called. Don communicated throughout the service to update me about my husband's pick up as I couldn't be there. Thank you Don!!
