Drivers are generally a little early, very reliable, safety conscious for riders, as well as unpredictable drivers on the road; professional. When scheduled with OATS 1 trust I will arrive on time 2 know my mobility device will be properly secured. Kudos!

I called this morning to see if they could get my husband at Rehb. The only way he could get home. And she said gave her a few minutes and called back and they could pick him up this morning. I even offered more money. Just $2.00. Great service all the time. The drives are very nice. Thanks a lot Oats Bus. Ilene Pipes

Very helpful transportation service though their timing for setting up rides and the amount of time you're told to wait for the ride is messy. The times for calling can be inconvenient especially cause of the cut off being at 3pm. Some staff on the phone are really rude and don't treat you like a person behind the phone. Would otherwise give higher rating! At least the drivers are always pleasant.
