Love this service for my mom. Needed to get to HCMC downtown for appointments from burns. Very good drivers and courteous. Were very delicate driving. Liked the minivan for her plus 1. Was more personal than short bus.

Driver was very polite and helpful. I ended up scheduling drop-off for the wrong building in downtown St. Paul. The building we needed was the next block down. He pushed a wheelchair the next block over, but none of the access points were handicap accessible. We finally found a door we could get into a block and a half away. Once inside, he informed us he would notify dispatch of the correct location and door to aid with pick-up. In my opinion, he went above and beyond in getting us to where we...
