Yeah the service is excellent but don't ask for any personal favors outside of the business aspect. What I mean by that? Well my wife and I had a 10 day vacation to Redding California for the birth of our final grandson we were supposed to take Amtrak, the first time for either one of us Well tom hiivalla the owner of kozy said he would bring us to the St. Paul terminal we thought our problem was solved, but by 10:00 pm I realized he wasn't showing up and it was too late to find another ride so...

Today was my first time having Kozy as my transportation. My drivers were absolutely the best! Chili was my driver coming home, and he had me laughing so hard. Absolutely incredible service and I can't wait to ride with them again in a couple of weeks.
