Upward transportation is amazing. Beyond gentle and kind with my elderly mother. Was always prompt and professional. When we needed to transport her for doctor visits they made the stress of the day diminish. Highly recommend.

Hospital arranged transport for my father to go by stretcher from Duluth to Grand Rapids. I called the owner Heidi (who also turned out to be the driver) as I was feeling anxious about how it would work. She set my mind at ease and the transport went great. I was able to ride along and I feel she would have been that kind and taken care of my 91 yr old father to the same degree even if I hadn't had been with. She was prompt and pricing seemed fair. I would recommend her to others

First time using this service. First impression was vehicle in good appearance and repair. Clean interior and free of any odors or air freshener smells. We utilized stretcher for half hour ride to hospital for scheduled appt. Driver/attendendat couldn't have been more caring and contingent of comfort and safety. Upon arrival at hospital, she made sure we got checked in and escorted to appropriate location. Overall a very positive experience. This is a service I would gladly recommend....
