The 5 stars are for our driver today--whose name is Matt. I was added to his route this morning because our driver called in sick. He picked us up 20 minutes late. He was very polite and apologized for the lateness. We told him we were on our way to a funeral, which we were. He apologized again and said we had to pick up another passenger and deliver her first, because she was on his route, and we were a late addition. All in all, they held up the start of the funeral for 30 minutes for us....
