All the employees are so polite and professional. Safeway, where my transportation for 3 months. They are safe and friendly drivers and always had me on time for my appointments and got me back home in a timely manner. I definitely will use them again.

Super Service from Ali this morning! He arrived, cheerful, at 6:30am and got me to my Dr appt right on time! I had booked the trip back but turned out, I was done early and Ali was able to accommodate my new time with a phone call and a tiny wait. Very Happy with the safe (he even provided a fresh ) and friendly rides with Ali and Safeway Medical Trans. Definitely will be riding with them again! Thanks Ali!

Driver picked my up my mother (in wheelchair) and Me to drive us to her medical procedure at UM. The van was clean and comfortable. Communications were great. Ali let me know when he was to arrive and was Right on time. Our procedure went longer than expected and Ali was so flexible to accommodate us so we had no waiting. An excellent experience. I would use this service again with no hesitation.
