I'm a new customer and have engaged Papuga twice to get me from White Lake to Livonia by 7:30am and both experiences were excellent! The drivers (Carl and Tim) arrived ahead of pick up time, were excellent drivers and conversationalists, and made sure I got in and out the car and inside the surgical center doors safely. A+++ office staff as well. Prompt, clear communication. Everyone is so nice and so professional. highly recommend Papuga!

Helped accommodate transportation for my 88 year old mother on short notice. So kind and professional to work with. Driver Mario was awesome. He transported and treated my mother like she was his own mother! She was anxious about traveling without me after weeks of being in and out of different care facilities and hospitals. She said as soon as he carefully loaded her in the van she knew she was in good and safe hands! Will definitely be using them again.
