On Friday, June 18, 2021 a Lifeline unit had a run to Wyandoote hospital. As they were going back the unit smelled fire. It was our parents condo and another connected to it. The stopped, jumped out, called 911, hurdled an 8 ft privacy fence to awaken all the units.They stayed, checked on our parents and others. They were so kind and patient. My mother was transferred home by ambulance yesterday. Her transporter, Nick B was so kind, compassionate, and skilled. He made a very difficult day brighter for all of us. She was treated with dignity and respect, which she hasn't experienced over the past 5 weeks in the nursing home. We are so grateful for Nick's professionalism and respect! Thank you Nick!

I want to start by saying that in the past Concord has not been my cup of tea. At all. But the driver today who picked up me and my patient from St. Joseph Rehab was so kind beyond measure.
