I had the most pleasant ride from Grand Rapids to Southfield to a doctor's appointment required by my insurance company. The young man was an excellent driver, a great listener, and very respectful. He was so kind. Traffic was a little hectic but my driver handled it well. I highly recommend Reliable Medical Transportation.

Due to a computer system glitch my ride was canceled accidentally. I called the office and they were able to send out the owner of the company to give me a ride to my appointment. The owner was very kind, respectful, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Reliable medical transport to anyone needs transportation for any reason. They are a great family owned company with unbelievably professional staff and clean vehicles.
