Highly recommend this service! My mom loves Deanna and feels very comfortable going to appointments with her. Deanna is very helpful at the appointments and relaying the follow up information to me as well. Her pricing is very reasonable compared to other places I have phoned in the area.

I reached out to Deanna in late July, after seeing signage for her company while driving down Mack Ave in Grosse Pointe. I had an outpatient medical procedure on 08/15/25, & I needed non-emergency medical transportation. I have had excellent experiences with Deanna and Pointe The Way Transportation. She always makes the extra effort to be sure that everything works out well for me. She has even picked me up at the last minute when it rained and I needed help getting home from an event. I would recommend her company to anyone who needs wheelchair accessible transportation!
