My insurance uses Care in Wheels and after my first dialysis trip with this company I specifically requested they use this company for all my trips. I get the same driver each trip Moe and he is awesome. Really friendly and very courteous. He calls me on appointment days and lets me know when he will pick me up and we have a system that I call when I'm coming off my dialysis machine and let him know I'll be ready in 20 minutes and he's usually in the lot waiting when I come out or pulling up ...

Judgemental driver, Andrew! He won't allow me to ride with my husband to appointments. I go to carry oxygen tanks, help with paper work & other things. WE'D RATHER WALK HOLT is completely understanding, thanks HOLT

My insurance company has a contract with them. Today was my first trip and the driver was on time, professional and on time. After my appointment, I was advised it would be a 10 minute wait and that's exactly what it was. I had a safe trip and would use again if they show up.
