We needed to get my 86 year Dad from his Assisted Living apartment in Clinton Township to my his granddaughters wedding in Holly, MI. We knew he wasn't going to last the whole day, and didn't want you have family members spend the day doing transportation and missing the wedding so we set up with Jessica at Go Seniors, everything was perfect, and he loved it. GO Seniors transport was able to help us out when we're in a bind due to missing the Smart bus back to assisted living for my father who is wheelchair bound. With were very helpful, polite, great service, timely. We really liked the text updates as well. Our Driver Ibrahim was great, he was very careful with getting our father in law in the van. Very friendly. We will be using this service again for sure!

What a wonderful ride service! Spoke with Jessica on the phone multiple times to have questions answered before I even booked them for my Dad. She was so helpful and patient. Late afternoon Saturday, I received word my Dad was being discharged from Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. Jessica said she'd get right on it because most drivers were winding down for the day.
