On April 28th 2025 Delta Ambulance came to my home and transported me to Maine General in Augusta. The paramedics, Eric R and Mark were amazing. Eric took care of me in the back while Mark drove. Eric was very caring to my needs. He kept me calm and talked with me. They were both very respectful to me. I would like to Thank Eric for helping me . I appreciate you both. My mother was recently moved from Inland to a nursing home. I can not say enough about the gentle, loving, respectful care she was giving. The two EMTs were so very careful and understanding of her needs as an alzheimer's patient it made a very tough situation beautiful.
