I have never been treated so kindly before. People who truly care about the well being of others. Kindhearted real people work here and own this company. My son and I could have been stranded at Maine Med for 24hrs or more. During a dangerous flash flood warning I was hung up on and told no and treated so poorly by 32 places that I called for a non emergent wheelchair transport from Maine med home after being in the Er with my handicap, no verbal 19yr.
