Excellent service from them. Called many providers to schedule, and everyone else had a problem . . too busy, too expensive, or can't communicate clearly. I was about to give up and then SB picks up the phone. Everything was a breeze from there. Sharp, clear communication, good price, one of those situations where you wonder why can't everyone else be like this.
Julian at SB Medical Transport is wonderful. This is the second time he's come to the rescue for us. The first time after my wife's knee surgery, and this time after she fell and broke her pelvis. Both times she needed help getting upstairs, and they have a motorized chair that can climb stairs. The staff have been friendly, compassionate, reassuring, and competent. It's a great service. Highly recommended.

Not really impressed with this transport company. For $600 they brought my mother home. The 2 men that brought her couldn't handle moving her on their own & hurt her leg in the process (I have taken pictures to record the incident). We've been trying to call to speak to someone & their phone is off, goes straight to voicemail. Ridiculous service for that price. Edit: Finally got through to someone & we are supposedly going to get a refund. Will update again if refund not received.
