William and the Ready Response team were instrumental in transferring my dad bed to bed from the Suburban Hospital ICU in Bethesda to the Johns Hopkins Hospital ER in Baltimore with his high oxygen requirements and limited mobility. Communication was always prompt and quick, the transportation was on time and expeditious. Overall the process was smooth despite being a stressful time for my family, and hopefully we won't be in the position to require such services but if so, would happily work...

William and his partner were heaven sent! He answered my call near midnight, went out of his way to help my mom, and even advocated for her at the hospital when she couldn't.
