I am a senior, and I needed non emergency ambulatory transport for a scheduled eye surgery at Washington Medical Center at 5:30 am. I spoke with Chastidy who has a very pleasant phone etiquette and render amazing customer service. She called me before arriving because of heavy traffic, and again at the hospital to give me and my medical staff a new ETA update for pick-up because I was late going into surgery.
