We had a great experience with Kurbsy! The driver was very professional, friendly, and made us feel comfortable the entire way. The car was a black, shiny, and spotless Chrysler that accommodated a wheelchair perfectly. The long ride from Northern Virginia to Spotsylvania county was smooth and relaxing. I've had two excellent experiences with Kurbsy within 2 weeks. I had not used them before and needed medical transportation with a wheelchair to my doctor. Booking with them was easy, all my questions were answered and follow up prompt after I came home. Rashida, And Chasity were wonderful, compassionate and patient. They arrived on time, vehicle immaculate and felt safe and secure. Consequently, I booked them again this week. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a medic...

I am a senior, and I needed non emergency ambulatory transport for a scheduled eye surgery at Washington Medical Center at 5:30 am. I spoke with Chastidy who has a very pleasant phone etiquette and render amazing customer service. She called me before arriving because of heavy traffic, and again at the hospital to give me and my medical staff a new ETA update for pick-up because I was late going into surgery. This was a wonderful experience and I felt safe!!
