My mother who is 89 and I had the privilege of being escorted to the Dr's at St. Elizabeth's Hospital today by Steven and Justin of Brewster Ambulance. They were forced by the facility to stay and wait for my mother to be seen as there were no beds to transfer her to on the orthopedic floor for her staple removal. These 2 gentleman were so kind, compassionate and understanding with my mom's advanced dementia the entire ride, wait time and return. I have not met 2 more understanding and caring...
