I know Brewster helped a patient who only spoke Russian communicate for the entirely of an hour long trip, and stayed an extra 30 minutes at the new facility to find a way to contact her daughter. Her daughter had not been contacted by the hospital about her stroke, and the only way she found out was due to the Brewster EMTs. Great effort pays off.
