I don't know about other people's experience with this company. But my experience was a very good one. I am 76 years old and ill. No idea what was wrong with me. And alone. I was in Norton Audubon Emergency room, and was released around 4am. I was weak, sick and realized my phones power was 2%. I made what calls I could but because of the time I could only leave messages for family to pick me up. I said something to a nurse and her response was ... I got this . My driver Was reva she was so nice and kind she helped me with my bags when I needed to get in the car I gave her a 10$ tip she was so respectful about it and did not mind that it wasn't and much was just greatful and did not make me feel bad. amazing driver aswell

I noticed people like to take time to make complaints but not give compliments can driver Orlando of 903 really surprised me with the service, he was courteous and called me in advance to confirm the ride, he was polite and quiet, he didn't have music blasting loud and got me to my destination safely! I had an appointment and needed a ride luckily I had the driver I had! Everyone is different!
