I saw the driver that had taken me to my appointment was still at the building when I was ready to head home. After I finally got his attention the driver had to call in to see if he was taking me home. According to dispatch he wasn't and he left me there right after that even though he had sat in the parking lot for my entire appointment and I live ten minutes from this appointment. I had to wait another twenty minutes for a different driver to come and get me! It made no sense.
