My father was discharged from UK hospital and transportation the hospital arranged was supposed to pick him up 2pm. Well the transportation didn't show up. After THREE agencies cancelled, Helping Hands came to pick him up after hours at 7pm. Julia came in and introduced herself and had the best attitude and was so generous and caring to my father. This is a relief to know your family members are being cared for when you are not able to be there. We will use Helping Hands again! Thank you Julia...

Helping Hands, Julia and her team are incredible. Always on time, always gentle and patient and provide a guiding hand for walking and getting in and out of vehicle. They make sure my husband is with his doctor or provider before leaving and make sure he is exactly where he needs to be.
