My mom (Betty Galutia) was transported from Wichita St.Francis hospital to Via Village Nursing Home on Wednesday November 26,2025. Kenneth was fantastic! He was great to work with and very accommodating. He helped ensure my dad could join us for Thanksgiving dinner. He was on-time, very courteous and even flexible on the pickup time. I would recommend NEM for anyone needing non-emergency wheelchair transportation.

Ken drove my mom from Denver to Wichita. He was very kind being mindful of all the bumps in the road to not jossle her too much. Very professional and on time. All at a better price than the other companies we looked into. Highly recommend using this company for in town or long distance traveling.
