Called the day of and spoke with Mariah. She was able to arrange transportation for my father-in-law on the same day to go from one nursing facility to another one about an hour away. The driver, John, was great! On time and very helpful with everything. Highly recommend!

Rarely am I a person that is completely happy with a transport company,and I've used a few.,They are usually late to pick you up,they have left me for hours at the hospital, they seem to hire anyone,they are rude to clients, they're expensive and do not care about the patient.Not Freedom though.I have used this company for almost five years now and I will never use another.The owner actually came and picked me up this morning and I really can't say enough to express the empathy and attention ...

I have used multiple transport services over the years. Freedom is by far my favorite! Drivers are always punctual and friendly. The driver Kimmy has to be one of the most friendly drivers I've ever met. All the Freedom drivers are top notch. I highly recommend this company to all!
