My driver, James, was very compassionate and kind. He made sure I was comfortable and secured in my seat. He spoke to me as we drove which made my ride much more pleasant. He observed the speed limits and arrived at my destination with plenty of time for me to get out of the van and in to my appointment on time. He was back to pick me up with very little waiting.
