I have used this service a lot for my brother and have had no bad experiences until today. The driver that was sent was 15 minutes late picking us up for his appointment. All of the other drivers that we've had were always on time and very courteous and friendly. This driver was non verbal and not friendly at all. Need a Lift came in during my time of need! I'm currently wheelchair bound and without a car but needed assistance getting to an appointment. They were so prompt and helpful! I cannot recommend them enough!

This is my preferred w/c transportation company. I've set up hundreds of appointments for my patients and can't recall a single bad experience. They always answer the phone quickly, are friendly and helpful, their drivers are very kind, safe, and reliable. Makes the transportation process very smooth.
