All the drivers I've had with this company have been decent people. The regular driver I get is a good dude and cares about others. I've had issues with my insurance and the lady at the office has been nice and very helpful and caring. I don't have anything bad to say other than the fact the drivers get paid dog water. Carissa in the office is great at what she does. Tries her best to schedule you and assign a driver. Is the kindest office person for transportation out there. She has not had to let me miss any trips since she has been in the office. And my regular drivers Jeff and Terry are great. Always friendly, always on time for pickup, and always in the parking lot to return me home when I come out. Former driver Jerry couldn't be beat.
