I booked a trip for my mother with dementia who can be a lot to handle sometimes. Our driver was very patient and helpful with keeping my mother calm as being in an unfamiliar vehicle can be confusing for her. We arrived to our appointment on time and were met out front by our driver for pickup, it was nice to not have to wait to be taken home. It's great to know that my mom has safe and reliable transportation. We will definitely be using their services again soon.
