Capital City VIP Cab

Trip 1 Our driver John reached out to me the night before to let me know the game plan. He answered all of my questions and sent me a text the next morning to let me know he'd arrive in about an hour. John was 10 minutes early, with a nice, clean car. We had him all day as we had 3 appointments and he made the transportation from place to place effortless. I got comfortable enough, I was telling him my frustrations of the day on the car rides between and he listened and empathized with me. Having Capital City take over the stresses of navigation and transportation allowed me to focus solely on my son and the Doctors. I will be recommending Capital City. Thank you John! Trip 2 My son and I had to go to Saint Louis for his next two appointments and we had John as our driver again. He showed up on time and with a clean car, got the door as we got in, and conversed with us on how things had been since our last trip. During our first appointment, the Dr. ordered an MRI be done same day, but the MRI machine at that location was down so we had to add another trip to the itinerary. I reached out to John to let him know the update and he directed me on how to go about getting the MRI appointment added. Capital city worked quickly with my insurane, getting the ride approved and scheduled after our second appointment that day. John answered the phone every time I called, and was extremely understanding and helpful. Capital City's prompt response and flexibility made an already complcated situation much easier.
