When I was trying to find a company to rent a handicapped accessible van, I was very lucky that Joe's listing popped up. He offered to drive to Wisconsin to pick up a wheelchair and take it to Indiana for me. He kept me informed of every step along the way with texts and phone calls. He cheerfully took care of everything and saved me a lot of time and effort. Joe was amazing to work with, and if I ever need his services again, I won't hesitate to call. His kindness and good nature were really appreciated. I cannot rate Joe highly enough; I'd give him 50 stars if I could.

I highly recommend Joe! First of all, when you're dealing with disabilities, in our case, my husband has brain cancer and is on hospice, so we don't get out much. The cost associated with trying to use a well known service (ambulance services) is utterly ridiculous. I used Google to search for local transportation services and stumbled upon Wheelchair Transportation LLC. I read the reviews and gave them a call. Not only was Joe polite, professional and friendly, but he isn't gouging people. He is thorough, and even when I made a mistake of requesting pick-up at the wrong time, he was accommodating to the error when he called the day before our scheduled date and showed up at the adjusted time, and on time. He also picked us up from our Brain Cancer 5k an hour earlier when we called to say the heat was just too overwhelming. And going above and beyond, he noticed one of the wheels on our wheelchair was crooked and found the reason why. Do yourself a favor and use Joe's services. I plan on letting others know to use him also. You won't regret it! Thank you, Joe!!!! You made one of my husband's last outings happen and I will be forever grateful!
