I can't explain in words how amazing and caring freedom first is. My son is nonverbal autistic and Misty the driver treats him like he is one of her own family members! My son will literally light up when he sees her and give her a hug, which for him is HUGE! I also want to give a shout-out to Carmen on dispatch. She is amazing and when I need anything changed or updated, she can make it work. I trust them with my son more than some of my own family members!!

Freedom 1st has been a god-send for us in getting my husband to his various appointments. I can ride along too! The personal both dispatchers and drivers are kind and very helpful. And in general, pick-up is on time.
